On March 28, CALB’s hybrid solid-liquid battery made its debut at the Hefei New Energy Commercial Vehicle Exhibition and was officially launched onboard Chery New Energy’s light truck. This marks the large-scale application of CALB’s high-energy-density Hybrid Solid-Liquid Battery technology in the commercial vehicle sector. In addition, at Chery Commercial Vehicle’s spring launch event, multiple light commercial vehicles including truck and van models were equipped with CALB’s ZHIYUAN Commercial Vehicle Batteries.

The mass production launch of the 400Wh/kg hybrid solid-liquid battery significantly upgrades the driving experience of new energy commercial vehicles:
● Industry-leading energy density: 400Wh/kg, setting a new benchmark in the commercial vehicle sector — a 122% increase over liquid lithium-ion batteries in comparable models, enabling lighter weight and longer range.
● Extreme safety validated: Passed 44 stringent safety and reliability tests, including fire exposure, thermal propagation, crush, short circuit, undercarriage scrape, and ice water immersion. Compliance far exceeds the new national standard GB 38031-2025, delivering "ultimate safety" across the vehicle’s full lifecycle and all operating conditions.
● 2C ultra-fast charging: Charges from 30% to 80% SOC in 15 minutes for rapid energy replenishment.
● Superior low-temperature performance: At -25°C, driving range improves by 20%+ compared to liquid lithium-ion batteries in comparable models, with 1C continuous discharge capability — effectively resolving the low operational efficiency issue of new energy commercial vehicles in northern China’s winters.
