From September 1 to 4, SMM 2026, the world's premier international maritime exhibition, is being held in Hamburg, Germany.

Addressing the stringent multiple requirements for vessel electrification—safety, cycle life, power output, and economic viability—CALB leverages its expertise as a battery specialist to present a complete ecosystem spanning from cell products to system-level solutions, showcasing its full capabilities in marine power batteries.
For all-electric operation scenarios such as inland waterway container ships and port logistics vessels, CALB unveils new-generation long-cycle, high-energy-density cells and modular containerized energy storage systems. Compared with the previous-generation solution, the new system delivers a 40% improvement in range and comes with an industry-leading 15-year warranty. Its distinctive modular design meets customized requirements while enabling fast delivery within four months.
For power-intensive applications including tugboats, construction vessels, and port workboats, CALB has developed a 4C high-rate battery system. It reliably meets instantaneous power demands under start-stop, acceleration, and normal operating conditions, while cutting the initial investment by over 50% compared with low-rate alternatives.

During the exhibition, CALB partnered with Chinese and international collaborators, reaching cooperation intentions in multiple areas, including channel development, joint product R&D, strategic customer partnerships, and project contract signings.
