CALB and Sinotrans Debut All-Electric Trucks to Accelerate Supply Chain Decarbonization

On August 18, CALB, together with Sinotrans, launched the first all-electric trucks at CALB's Hefei Base. The new all-electric freight fleet has been officially deployed for production logistics operations. By driving green transformation in logistics, CALB delivers on its commitments to its corporate carbon strategy.
The newly deployed all-electric heavy-duty trucks are equipped with CALB's self-developed "Zhiyuan" commercial vehicle battery product. With zero-emission, energy-efficient electric powertrains, they replace conventional fuel-powered vehicles for inter-plant transfer and distribution of CALB's products. This initiative directly cuts carbon emissions from transportation and further closes the loop between green smart manufacturing and green logistics. It represents a concrete step in fulfilling the company's "Zero-Carbon Smart Manufacturing" philosophy.
