Recently, CALB signed the syndicated loan for Phase II of its Chengdu project at the company.The syndicated loan is jointly led by Bank of Communications and China Construction Bank, with participation from Bank of China and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.This reflects the financial institutions’ high recognition of the company’s strength and firm confidence in its development prospects.
