From October 4th to 9th, the Busworld Europe 2025 exhibition took place at the Brussels Expo Center in Belgium. CALB showcased a range of commercial products and application solutions, fully demonstrating its leading-edge technology as a battery expert.

● NCM/LFP Large Cylindrical Products:
CALB launched a variety of standard cells in multiple specifications, including 4680, 4695, and 46131, designed to flexibly adapt to different system voltage platforms and energy requirements for commercial vehicles. These products support 6C fast charging, with energy densities reaching up to 305 Wh/kg, offering both high power and high energy performance.

● One-Stop LMFP Cell Products:
Building on breakthroughs in LMFP material systems and innovations in the OS platform structure, CALB's next-generation LMFP cells maintain excellent cycle life and fast-charging capabilities, while precisely meeting the needs of low-temperature operation and low-floor design for buses and trucks. These products achieve simultaneous improvements in safety and energy density. By integrating CIR technology, system volume utilization is significantly enhanced, further boosting vehicle range.

● CIR Standard PACK Platform:
Standardized design reshapes operational logic
CALB's new-generation standard PACK platform adopts a simplified CIR structure, reducing components by 20%, simplifying assembly processes by 25%, and improving group efficiency by 20%. With lightweight design, the energy density of the battery system reaches 170 Wh/kg, providing more space for passengers and luggage in buses, thereby significantly enhancing operational value. This standardized platform can offer flexible configuration solutions ranging from 450 kWh to 1000 kWh for different scenarios, such as urban buses, tourist coaches, and rural transport. The high-strength chassis, tested with impacts and submersion in water, also boasts an IP68 protection rating, along with an efficient thermal management system to cover all environments from -35°C to 65°C, including high-altitude, cold, and hot climates.

CALB has been deeply involved in the commercial vehicle sector for many years, providing products and services to over 100 cities worldwide. The three major products showcased at this exhibition, through the "ultra-fast charging, material upgrades, and platform adaptation" technological loop, not only respond to Europe’s “zero-carbon transportation” initiative but also offer differentiated solutions that provide a new paradigm for the electrification of commercial vehicles worldwide.
