CALB Unveils ZHIJIU Series Energy Storage New Products at All-Energy Australia 2025

From October 29 to 30, All-Energy Australia 2025 was held in Melbourne, where CALB showcased its leading energy storage technology solutions.
The core products exhibited by CALB included the second-generation 314Ah 2.0 energy storage cell. This product features lithium replenishment technology throughout its lifecycle and high-efficiency lithium iron phosphate (LFP) materials, achieving a groundbreaking 15,000 cycles of lifespan—over 20% longer than mainstream products. Additionally, the next-generation 588Ah and 684Ah large-capacity long-life cells, designed with the third-generation long-life structure, offer an energy density exceeding 430Wh/L and a system efficiency of 96.5%. These cells provide over 6.26MWh of energy in a standard 20-foot container, significantly improving the return on investment for power plants and setting a new industry benchmark.
For the commercial & industrial and utility-scale energy storage sectors, CALB introduced the 373kWh liquid-cooled outdoor cabinet and the 5MWh liquid-cooled container system. Featuring a single-cabinet-to-container design, the system has a lifespan of 15 years, with a charge and discharge efficiency of up to 95%. It supports advanced applications such as peak shaving, frequency regulation, harmonic control, and wind-solar-storage integration. The solution incorporates industry-leading thermal-electrical separation technology and multiple protection designs, meeting stringent certifications such as UL and IEC, and is designed to perform in complex operating conditions.
