Recently, CALB provided high-performance energy storage cells for a major solar-plus-storage project in Latin America—the Aurora project in Tarapacá, Chile.
The project is expected to deliver 600 GWh of renewable electricity annually, meeting the year-round power needs of 200,000 households and serving as a benchmark project for Chile's energy transition. Leveraging its Zhi Jiu battery technology, CALB has achieved a comprehensive breakthrough in key performance indicators, including long cycle life, high energy efficiency, and exceptional safety and reliability.
