CALB Leads the Global Ship Electrification Wave with Marine 2C Fast-Charging Products

From March 24-28, the 2025 Singapore International Maritime Week (SMW) was held at the Suntec City Convention and Exhibition Center. CALB showcased its world-leading marine power battery systems and innovative solutions:
The newly launched L173F163 2C cell utilizes low-expansion graphite technology and high-kinetic electrolyte, enabling continuous 2C and peak 4C high-rate charging and discharging while maintaining a long cycle life. The 2C battery system based on this cell will enter mass production in Q3 of this year.
The concurrently exhibited L173F320 marine long-life cell employs high-compaction, high-gram-capacity technology and low-defect, high-stability graphite introduction technology, achieving a system lifespan exceeding 12 years. This marks a global first in completing the full cycle from product definition to mass production.
The world's first walk-in containerized power solution, built around the 320Ah cell, offers modular deployment of the "power heart" within a 20-foot container. A unique 5-minute automated robotic loading and unloading system, coupled with megawatt-level dynamic strategy management, caters to the diverse needs of ocean-going freighters, harbor vessels, and luxury yachts.
