From September 9 to 11, the RE+ 2025, North America's largest renewable energy expo, took place in Las Vegas, USA. CALB showcased a variety of innovative products, not only exhibiting its mass-produced second-generation 314Ah long-life cells and 6MWh+ liquid-cooled energy storage container systems, but also unveiling for the first time two new series of large-capacity, long-life cells: the 500Ah+ and 600Ah+ models. By adopting both winding and large-format stacking technologies, CALB provides leading-edge solutions for diverse energy storage scenarios, redefining industry standards for both cost-effectiveness and reliability.

Three Key Technological Highlights:

1. 600Ah+ Stacked Cells: Industry First with Breakthrough Performance
Revolutionary Manufacturing and Exceptional Performance: Utilizing third-generation stacking technology, these cells achieve an impressive 15,000-cycle lifespan, 430Wh/L energy density, and 96.5% system efficiency.
Higher Energy Density for Container Systems: This innovation enables energy storage systems in 20-foot containers to achieve over 6.9MWh energy density, setting a new industry benchmark.

2. 500Ah+ Wound Cells: Mature Technology, Broad Compatibility
Long Cycle Life of 12,000 Cycles: These cells cater to a wide range of application scenarios, suitable for various temperatures, charge/discharge rates, and load conditions.
Stable Cathode Material System: Designed for high energy efficiency over a 20-year lifecycle, ensuring consistent performance.

3. Second-Generation 314Ah Long-Life Cells: Durable and High-Performance "Super Cells"
Extended Cycle Life: These cells deliver up to 15,000 cycles, offering more than 20% longer lifespan compared to mainstream products.
Significant Reduction in Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS): Helps cut down on the cost per unit of electricity over the full life cycle by up to 20%.
