"UP" Series
– UP All-Climate Super Pure Electric Battery: Industry-first 5V spinel chemistry with an energy density of 240Wh/kg, achieving zero range degradation at -20°C. Designed to empower superior pure electric vehicles, it addresses the remaining challenge of ultra-long range and ultra-fast charging. Scheduled for market launch in 2026.
– UP Supercharging Super Range-Extended Battery: The industry's first 5C supercharging range-extended battery, offering a full-charge range of up to 500km. Scheduled for market launch in 2025.
– UP High Power Super Plug-in Hybrid Battery: Introducing the second-generation PHEV-dedicated platform product, a single solution covering all plug-in hybrid applications. It represents the industry's first and highest energy density phosphate-based cylindrical battery. Costs are significantly reduced by 20% compared to mainstream products. Scheduled for market launch in Q1 2025.
– UP High Energy Super Flight Battery: The company's first-generation 300Wh/kg flight battery will be launched in 2025. – ZHIYUAN Electric Ship: A 1.99M walk-in containerized power supply designed for electric vessels. Boasting the highest energy density globally within industry regulations, it features the pioneering nano-separation active safety protection technology. The first marine battery system in the industry with a lifespan exceeding 12 years and unlimited mileage. Scheduled for market launch in Q4 2024.
"ZHIJIU" Series
– Second-Generation 314Ah Energy Storage Cell: Achieving an industry-first 15,000-cycle lifespan for mass-produced products, with zero degradation in the first 1000 cycles.
– Third-Generation 392Ah Energy Storage Cell: Fully compatible with existing cell production lines. Container components are also fully compatible with 5MWh container production line technology. This represents the fastest mass production cell solution for 6.25MWh containerized energy storage systems, making it the optimal choice.
– New-Process 625+Ah Energy Storage Cell: Energy density exceeding 440Wh/L, enabling a 20-foot standard container to achieve a capacity of over 6.8MWh, significantly enhancing the return on investment for power stations.
"WUJIE" All-Solid-State Battery
CALB is dedicated to developing high energy density and high safety battery solutions. The company pioneered the 400Wh/kg hybrid solid-liquid battery technology and is on track to become the first manufacturer to achieve mass production and application of this technology at 400Wh/kg.
Formless, Boundless Energy: The "WUJIE" all-solid-state battery technology, a highlight of the conference, boasts an impressive energy density of 430Wh/kg and a capacity exceeding 50Ah. Significant breakthroughs have been achieved in operating pressure, lifespan, and power output. The technology is slated for vehicle integration in 2027.
