All-Energy, a premier global energy storage exhibition, recently took place in Australia, providing a platform for CALB to showcase a range of core products and solutions tailored for diverse energy storage applications, including large-scale electric power, industrial and commercial, household storage, and marine applications in Melbourne.
In response to the demands of large-scale electric power and industrial and commercial energy storage, CALB, leveraging its L173 core product platform, has enhanced the 280Ah core to introduce the 314Ah lithium iron phosphate batteries for energy storage. This groundbreaking achievement, achieved without altering the size specification, marks the world's first mass production and delivery of such a product. Subsequently, CALB has developed a 20-feet liquid-cooled 5.016MWh product for power station-level energy storage systems. Compared to its predecessor, this system demonstrates a 34% increase in volume energy density. Incorporating intelligent configuration adjustment and advanced thermal management strategies, the system achieves a 20% reduction in electricity self-consumption. High-efficiency thermal management technology, combined with the new generation 314Ah core, results in a 5% increase in system usable electricity rates and extends the system's lifespan to over 12,000 cycles. Notably, the cost of kWh power has been reduced by over 15%.
CALB's industrial and commercial energy storage system solution adopts a single-cabinet design to eliminate loop current issues. Integrated with CALB's highly stable and customizable lithium iron phosphate core boasting a service life of up to 15 years, the system incorporates zoned safety isolation, active safety warning units, and multiple protection levels. The single cabinet can be integrated with PCS and EMS, offering liquid-cooled capacity up to 373kWh and air-cooled capacity up to 215kWh, maintaining low loss and achieving a 95% system charge/discharge efficiency. This supports up to 1P charging and discharging, facilitating peak frequency regulation, harmonic control, as well as applications in wind and high-performance storage scenarios. This versatile solution finds applications in high-speed service areas, charging stations, large-scale supermarkets, government buildings, and industrial parks.
As a peak shaving and valley filling solution, CALB has introduced a range of long-life products such as 100Ah, 72Ah, and 54Ah. The fully modularized energy storage system facilitates capacity expansion, and a customizable 5kWh expandable capacity solution has been launched to meet individual customer needs, reducing customer electricity expenses while matching optimal acquisition costs; CALB prioritizes safety with a high-security fire protection system, addressing thermal runaway, temperature reduction, and re-ignition suppression, offering comprehensive protection for user safety. The user-friendly interface includes a digital screen and App connection for real-time monitoring of battery operating status, SOC, and warning information. The complete solution is backed by a worry-free 10-year warranty for users.
