On January 25th and 26th, the Investment and Cooperation Agreement for the Guangzhou Base Project and Jiangmen Base Project of CALB's Power Battery and Energy Storage System was successfully signed, with an additional 100GWh production capacity planned. The signing of these two agreements marked the official implementation of CALB's "Greater Bay Area Industrial Cluster" plan which set sail for the future.

On January 25, the People's Government of Huadu District, Guangzhou and CALB held an investment cooperation agreement signing event in Huadu District. Under the agreement, the Company's Guangzhou base project has a planned production capacity of 50GWh, with main products including power batteries and energy storage systems.

On 26 January, Jiangmen Municipal People's Government and CALB signed an investment cooperation agreement at the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee Zhudao Guest House. With this agreement, CALB's 50GWh industrial base was officially settled in Jiangmen city.

The successful signing of the Guangzhou and Jiangmen Bases Projects is another important milestone in the Company's accelerated global layout, marking the overall implementation of the Company's "Greater Bay Area Industrial Cluster" strategic layout, which will provide strong support for the achievement of the Company's strategic goals.
